Account Manager Trainee:

A passionate individual who can be responsible for assisting the Clients 24/7 and ensuring the smooth operation of the Account Service department to enable the meeting of Revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate Leads for Potential Customers.
2. Set up minimum required number of Initial Contact Meetings with Potential Leads each week.
3. Follow up after the Initial Meetings and ensure that the Sellers Sign-Up Targets are met.
4. Ensure New Sellers put up their Entire Catalog to get them ready for Q&A.
5. Handle Seller Accounts.
6. Ensure Sellers Reach their Sales Target.

Number of Position: 1

Job Nature: Full Time

Salary Range: 10k - 15k

Operations Officer Trainee:

Someone who can plan, direct, and oversee a company's operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals. Help organization execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Know their way around Dhaka and suburbs.
2. Visit multiple Sellers/Leads
3. Client Servicing.
4. Oversee the operations of our Delivery Partners.
5. Maintain PR for the company.

Number of Position: 1

Job Nature: Full Time

Salary Range: 10k - 15k

Requirements:

1. BBA from any reputed University - Preferably Major in Marketing, HRM majors can also apply.
2. Ability to work under pressure and take on responsibilities
3. Great communication skills in both English & Bangla
4. Excellent presentation skill
5. Strong interpersonal and organizational skill
6. Have capability to think creatively
7. Have critical problem solving, analyzing skills
8. A keen attention to details

HR Intern:

We are looking for an individual who can apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom to real-world situations, as well as gain the skills and experience that is necessary to prepare the student for a successful career in human resources.

Requirements:

1. 60 or more credits completed, preferably BBA majoring in HRM, from any reputed university.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Has excellent communication skills.

Duration: 3 Months
